Project Manager - ATC

Job Details: Job Location: (P) Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland - Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $158000.00 - $175000.00Salary, Position Title: Project Manager - ATCLocation: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MDClearance required: SECRET minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical- or special-sensitive duties.Scope of Work: Serves as the Key Personnel Project Manager for the Aberdeen Test Center site, directing day-to-day contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the ATC site.  Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.  Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.  Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.  Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)  U.S. citizenship  Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently  Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software  Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligibility as required for classified system oversight  Demonstrated IT project or site management experience on a comparable DoD support effort
