Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Develop and maintain graphic interfaces and websites using tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite Maintain ATEC, ATC, AEC, and OEC intranet sites using a Government-provided portal or web development technology Maintain public-facing internet sites in accordance with DoD policy and Army publishing standards, obtaining PAO approval and maintaining a change log Ensure all web interfaces meet Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility standards Coordinate content updates with departmental content owners and subject matter experts and mitigate all vulnerabilities Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) U.S. citizenship Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R) DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification appropriate to the assigned work role and level, held prior to performance, with the required computing environment (CE) certification obtained within six (6) months of appointment.
