Laundry Luv - Abilene - North 1st St is looking for a dependable, people-focused, and results-driven Store Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our modern laundromat locations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment and takes pride in building strong teams, maintaining high operational standards, and creating an exceptional guest experience.

As Store Manager, you’ll oversee store operations, staff development, equipment performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability while helping create a clean, welcoming, and community-focused environment for both customers and employees.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with shifts based on store operating hours. Flexibility is required, including weekends, evenings, and peak business periods, to support store operations and team coverage.

What You’ll Do

As the Store Manager, you are the leader of the store and responsible for ensuring exceptional operational performance, customer satisfaction, and team accountability.

Leadership & Team Development

Hire, train, coach, and develop Store Attendants and team members
Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and strong work ethic
Conduct ongoing coaching, training sessions, and team meetings
Create a positive, customer-focused, high-performance work environment
Hold team members accountable to company standards and expectations
Reinforce company culture and core values daily

Store Operations & Facility Management

Oversee daily laundromat operations, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure the store remains clean, safe, organized, and customer-ready at all times
Monitor machine performance and coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance
Ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
Manage wash-dry-fold operations, quality control, and workflow efficiency
Optimize store layout, signage, and operational flow to improve customer experience
Manage inventory, supplies, and operational resources

Customer Service & Guest Experience

Deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellent service and leadership
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
Build customer loyalty through consistency, cleanliness, and professionalism
Collect and communicate customer feedback to leadership
Ensure customers feel welcomed, supported, and valued

Financial & Business Performance

Support store profitability through labor management and operational efficiency
Review store performance metrics and operational KPIs
Manage scheduling to optimize productivity and customer service coverage
Support expense control and protect store profitability
Assist in monitoring store P&L performance and operational goals

Qualifications

Prior management, leadership, or supervisory experience required
Experience in retail management, hospitality management, laundromat operations, customer service, or service-industry operations preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable holding team members accountable and leading with professionalism
Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities
Basic understanding of business operations and financial performance metrics
Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
