Your Role in Home Health

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with VRNS, you'll provide skilled nursing services directly in patients' homes, helping patients manage their health conditions, follow individualized care plans, and maintain independence through personalized one-on-one care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services
• Administer medications and assist with medication management
• Perform catheter care and support diabetes management
• Monitor patient wellness and recognize changes in health status
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatments, and ongoing care needs
• Coordinate follow-up care and medical supplies as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records and visit documentation

Requirements

Need to have:

• Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
• Afternoon availability

Nice to Have:

• Previous home care experience
• Monday–Friday availability
