We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and highly motivated Content Creator to join the List International team.

The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and producing engaging, high-quality content that reflects the company’s brand, products, and technology solutions.

The role involves turning ideas, information, and software features into clear, creative, and engaging content across social media, written content, short-form videos, and marketing materials, while leveraging the latest AI-powered content creation tools.

Responsibilities

Create and develop creative and engaging content for various social media platforms.
Write social media posts, captions, hooks, scripts, headlines, and calls-to-action.
Develop fresh and creative content ideas aligned with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
Create content around the company’s products and services, particularly Software and Technology solutions.
Transform technical information and software features into simple, clear, and engaging content.
Develop content for short-form videos, including Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Develop and write concepts and scripts for marketing and educational videos.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Video teams to produce and publish content.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and creative ideas.
Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for various platforms.
Conduct research to identify new topics, trends, and content opportunities.
Monitor content performance and analyze metrics such as Reach, Engagement, Views, and Clicks.
Improve content based on performance data and audience engagement.
Maintain consistency with the company’s brand identity and tone of voice.
Use AI tools for research, content creation, idea generation, copywriting, and video production.
Manage multiple content tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Copywriting, or a related field.

Strong skills in Writing, Copywriting, and Storytelling.

Good understanding of social media platforms and the type of content that performs well on each platform.

Strong ability to generate creative and original content ideas.

Ability to write professional Video Scripts and Social Media Content.

Ability to simplify technical information and software products into clear and engaging content.

Experience or good understanding of Short-form Video Content.

Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Good knowledge of AI-powered content, video, image, and writing tools.

Ability to analyze content performance and use data to improve results.

Strong research and information-gathering skills.
