Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical services (HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection) using Autodesk Revit. [1, 2, 3]
- Shop Drawings: Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication layouts, coordination sections, and construction documentation directly from the model. [1, 2, 3]
- Clash Detection: Perform multidisciplinary clash detection and resolve routing conflicts with architectural, structural, and electrical elements using Navisworks. [1, 2]
- Discipline Coordination: Participate in coordination meetings to address design discrepancies and adjust layouts digitally prior to site installation. [1, 2, 3]
- Standards Compliance: Adhere to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), naming conventions, and specific Levels of Development (LOD 300 to LOD 400/500)
