A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

Create 3D Models: Build detailed mechanical components and layouts using project data.

Run Clash Detection: Find and fix overlaps between mechanical lines and other structural or electrical elements.

Coordinate Teams: Share progress files with architects, structural engineers, and site managers.

Extract 2D Drawings: Produce fabrication and installation sheets directly from the 3D model. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Required Skills and Software

Core Tools: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Standards: Knowledge of Level of Development (LOD 300 to LOD 400/500) requirements.
