HSE Officer / Supervisor / Coordinator

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HSE Officer / Supervisor / Coordinator in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe working practices across oil & gas operations.
  
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
  
• Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) activities and verify compliance with approved safety procedures.
  
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions for site personnel.
  
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and support corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, incident reports, and compliance registers.
  
• Monitor the correct use of PPE and ensure personnel comply with site-specific safety requirements.
  
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and site safety initiatives.
  

Required Skills

• HSE Management: Ability to implement and monitor occupational health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  
• Risk Assessment: Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend appropriate control measures.
  
• Permit to Work: Understanding of PTW controls used for high-risk oil & gas activities.
  
• Incident Investigation: Ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes and corrective actions.
  
• Oil & Gas Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safe working practices applicable to industrial and oil & gas environments.
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of international occupational health and safety standards.
  
• Experience with toolbox talks, emergency drills, and safety training.
  
• Familiarity with HSE audits, reporting, and contractor safety management.
  

Work Experience Requirements
