We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Store Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse operations supporting oil & gas activities.
  • Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issue of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements through the applicable inventory system.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies against system records.
  • Ensure materials are properly identified, labelled, stored, and preserved according to operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, maintenance, operations, and other relevant teams for timely material availability.
  • Maintain material receiving, issuing, transfer, and inventory documentation for traceability.
  • Ensure store activities comply with applicable HSE procedures and site requirements.

Required Skills

  1. Inventory Management — Ability to control stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
  2. Material Control — Knowledge of receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking operational materials.
  3. Warehouse Operations — Understanding of organized and safe store/warehouse practices.
  4. Stock Reconciliation — Ability to perform physical counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  5. Oil & Gas Materials Knowledge — Familiarity with industrial materials, spares, consumables, and equipment used in oil & gas environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP or computerized inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of material preservation and traceability practices.
  • Familiarity with HSE requirements in industrial stores and warehouses.
