JobSummary

NAYA By Africa is looking for a ProductionManager to lead and restructure our manufacturing function - productionplanning, output, cost, people, capacity, and continuous improvement. You'llbuild a manufacturing environment capable of scaling with the company's growth,ensuring products are made safely, consistently, and to approved formulas andquality standards.



KeyResponsibilities
​
●      Developweekly/monthly production plans based on sales demand, inventory, and capacity
●      Ownproduction output, efficiency, yield, waste, and manufacturing cost
●      Monitorperformance against plan and lead corrective/continuous-improvement actions
●      Lead,coach, and develop the Production Supervisor, specialists, and productionemployees
●      Ensureproduction SOPs and formulas are followed, and batch records are accurate
●      Workclosely with QA on quality/hygiene compliance and deviation escalation 
  • Coordinate equipment useand maintenance needs with Operations




Requirements

Requirements

●      Bachelor'sdegree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing,Chemistry, Biochemistry, Operations, or related discipline

●      Minimum5 years' relevant manufacturing experience, including team leadership

●      Experiencein cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, food, or pharmaceuticals preferred

●      Strongproduction planning, process improvement, cost-control, and people-managementskills
