Operations Systems & Process Analyst

JobSummary

We're looking for an Operations Systems& Process Analyst to keep NAYA's operational data, systems, and processesaccurate and well-documented. You'll manage master data (products, materials,SKUs), support the Unleashed Software rollout, document SOPs, and build thedashboards and reports that help management make faster, better decisions.

●      Maintainaccurate product, material, supplier, and warehouse master data

●      Supportand help implement Unleashed inventory/operations software

●      DocumentSOPs, work instructions, and process maps; maintain a controlled procedureregister

●      Analyzeoperational data to identify inefficiencies and support root-causeinvestigations

●      Buildreconciliation reports and dashboards for Production and Warehouse data

●      Coordinatedata consistency across Production, Operations, QA, Finance, Sales, andMarketing

Requirements

Requirements

●      Bachelor'sdegree in Operations, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, BusinessAnalytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field

●      2–4years' experience in operations analysis, systems administration, processimprovement, or data management

●      StrongExcel and data-analysis skills; ERP/MRP experience preferred

●      Experiencedocumenting SOPs and process maps; strong written communication
