Job Summary
NAYA By Africa is looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Associate to be the primary custodian of our physical inventory — accurately receiving, storing, recording, controlling, issuing, and dispatching stock. You'll help rebuild NAYA's inventory controls and establish reliable warehouse processes that keep Production and Sales fully supplied.


Key Responsibilities
  • Receive raw materials, packaging, and supplies, and verify quantities against purchase orders
  • Maintain an organized, clean, secure, and properly labeled warehouse with defined storage locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in Unleashed, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
  • Track batch, lot, and expiry information, applying FIFO/FEFO principles where required
  • Issue materials to Production and reconcile returns; escalate shortages before they affect schedules
  • Receive and record finished goods from Production, maintaining accurate stock by SKU and batch
  • Prepare stock transfers, and pick/dispatch stock for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce fulfilment

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant warehouse or inventory-management experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments preferred
  • Experience using inventory-management software is highly desirable; strong numeracy and attention to detail
