Our client is a Federal Government Organisation who are seeking Test Analysts / Functional Automation Testers to join their team in Canberra, ACT.

Role summary

The Test Analysts will be responsible for delivering manual and automated testing activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Pages and Dataverse. The role will support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions through UI, API, integration, regression and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, execute and maintain automated UI and API/integration tests using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, EasyRepro and Postman/Newman.
  
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression and UAT testing, including test scenario development, execution, defect management and end-to-end business process validation.
  
• Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary Agile project teams.
  

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Pages and Dataverse.
  
• Strong experience in test automation, UI and API testing, using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, EasyRepro, Postman/Newman or similar.
  
• Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, test management, defect management, SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  

On offer is a 12-month contract with 24 month extensions at a highly sought-after Australian Federal Government organisation, with a highly competitive hourly rate.
