Job DetailsJob Location: ADDISON, TX 75001Job Title Graphic Designer – Social Media & Videography (As Needed) Position Summary OrthoMed Anesthesia is seeking a creative and dependable Graphic Designer to support our marketing initiatives on an as-needed basis. This contractor will create engaging, on-brand visual content for social media and digital marketing channels, including graphic design, short-form video production, and occasional content capture. This is a flexible contract opportunity ideal for a designer who enjoys healthcare marketing, social media storytelling, and managing projects independently. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels. Create visual assets such as posts, stories, carousels, digital advertisements, and promotional materials. Edit and produce short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital campaigns. Capture basic photo and video content on-site at company locations, events, provider spotlights, or patient education initiatives, as needed. Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials while aligning with OrthoMed Anesthesia’s messaging and marketing objectives. Collaborate with marketing and operational stakeholders to develop content that supports patient education, provider recruitment, brand awareness, and company communications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed-upon deadlines. Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, video formats, and design best practices to maximize engagement and performance. Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner. Contractor Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital marketing content. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or equivalent design and video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve or CapCut. Demonstrated experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media platforms. Strong understanding of social media creative requirements, including sizing, formatting, and platform-specific best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage workload efficiently and deliver projects on schedule. Experience in healthcare, medical, or B2B marketing is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications Experience capturing video using smartphones, cameras, or basic production equipment. Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and dynamic social media content. Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to apply insights to future creative work. Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and available for occasional on-site content shoots. Engagement Details Independent contractor (1099) engagement. Work assigned on an as-needed, project-based basis. Flexible schedule with no guaranteed minimum hours. Contractor is responsible for providing their own equipment, software, and tools required to complete assignments.
