Technical Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) Location: Addison, TX | On-site, 5 days/week Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Technical Delivery Manager to be the connective tissue between our engineering teams and our business partners. This is a delivery role — not a process role. You will own the rhythm of delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives spanning development, automation, and data platforms. What You'll Do Run Agile ceremonies across multiple squads (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement) Own delivery commitments, burndowns, dependencies, and risk surfacing for 3–5 concurrent initiatives Partner with engineering leads, business sponsors, and product owners to translate roadmap into executable sprints Drive transparency: dashboards, status, escalation paths, and steering committee reporting Improve our SDLC discipline — release management, change control, audit-ready documentation in a HIPAA environment Remove blockers, manage stakeholder expectations, and protect engineering focus What We're Looking For 7+ years in software delivery; 4+ years as a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager in a technical engineering organization Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent; SAFe experience a plus Demonstrated ownership of multi-team delivery in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, or similar) Strong Jira / Azure DevOps fluency; comfort building metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting Background in Healthcare or regulated-industry environments strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll work directly with senior business leaders Qualifications
