Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers (beauty, skincare, lifestyle).
  

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
  

• Coordinate content, posting schedules, and approvals with influencers.
  

• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads).
  

• Maintain influencer database and reports
  

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram and other social media platforms.
  

• Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories.
  

• Write engaging captions and respond to comments and DMs.
  

• Monitor insights and improve content performance.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
  

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
  

• Knowledge of Instagram trends and short-form video content.
  

• Basic understanding of social media analytics.
  

• Creative, organized, and execution-focused.
