  • Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
  • Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care
  • Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintains patient confidentiality
  • Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
  • Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio
  • Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
