- Â Clean hallways, stairwells, and vacant units
- Â Sweep, mop, and vacuum floorsÂ
- Â Follow a checklist + upload photos after completionÂ
- Â Flag any maintenance or safety issuesÂ

- Â Able to lift 30 lbsÂ
-  Detail-oriented — you don’t cut cornersÂ
- Â Show up on time, every timeÂ
- Â Comfortable using smartphone (for clock-ins, checklists, photos)Â
