What You'll Do:

Employee Relations

· Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on workplace issues, performance concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.

· Conduct employee investigations and resolve complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.

· Coach leaders through performance management, corrective action, and difficult employee conversations.

· Help foster a positive, accountable, and engaging workplace culture.

Project Management

· Support HR initiatives from planning through implementation.

· Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

· Partner with cross-functional teams to drive projects and process improvements.

· Ensure projects stay on track and deliver measurable results.

Policies & Compliance

· Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices across the organization.

· Provide guidance to leaders on policy interpretation and employee-related decisions.

· Stay current on employment law and HR best practices to ensure organizational compliance.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

· 2+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations.

· Experience leading projects and managing multiple stakeholders.

· Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

· Outstanding communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
