Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of pre-season sales, margin, inventory, and receipt plans at the Subclass level with guidance from Director and Finance targets.
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned to annual financial plans.
- Reconcile top-down financial targets with bottom-up merchandise plans.
- Own in-season forecasting and reforecasting processes.
- Maintain ownership of Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) systems.
- Conduct monthly OTB reviews and manage order placement to ensure affordability.
- Review monthly SKU-level sales and purchase forecasting with the SKU Planner.
- Develop and manage omnichannel inventory strategies that support Store, Ecommerce, and Flex Fulfillment demand.
- Lead assortment reviews, line reviews, and LRPs development and presentations.
- Partner with the SKU Planner and Buyers to analyze SKU-level performance and develop pricing, promotional, and inventory strategies.
- Provide cross-functional leadership, coaching, mentoring, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of merchandise planning, inventory management, forecasting, allocation, or retail planning experience.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Margin, Inventory Turnover, GMROI, and OTB.
- Experience within an omnichannel retail environment.
- Advanced Excel, planning systems, and presentation skills.

- Achievement of sales, margin, inventory, and GMROI objectives.
- Forecast accuracy and inventory productivity performance.
- Successful execution of assortment reviews, line reviews, and long-range planning processes.
