    • ​​Works with other Technology areas to make tactical decisions about product functionality.Ā 
    • Manages projects that consist of a single development team.Ā 
    • Propose and manage demand for application work.Ā 

    • ManagesĀ projects through all phases and milestones.Ā 

    • Manages productĀ feature/capability set for business solutions.Ā 

    • Performs market and competitor analysis.Ā 

    • Authors product requirement documents (PDDs) and technical specs to support engineering handoff and stakeholder alignment.Ā 

    • Scopes andĀ managesĀ partner-facing API and system-to-system integrations, coordinating with external technical teams through delivery.Ā 

    • Translates technical tradeoffs into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.Ā 

    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Ā 

    Experience:Ā 3-4 years' relevant experience; experience with partner/vendor integrations or vertical SaaS strongly preferred.Ā 

    Education:Ā Must meet one of the following requirements:Ā 

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)Ā 

    • Associate's DegreeĀ in a Technical FieldĀ 

    • Certification in relevant focus areaĀ 

    Preferred:Ā Experience inĀ insurance,Ā animal health, or another regulated/compliance-heavy vertical.Ā 

    Level Specific Responsibilities:Ā 

    • Creates and manages product roadmapsĀ 

    • Works with Marketing toĀ determineĀ advertising strategy for productsĀ 

    • Analyzes metrics and measures product performance; comfortable working with data engineering toĀ validateĀ reporting accuracyĀ 

    • ManagesĀ larger projects that may consist of more than one development teamĀ 

    • Works with platform development vendors and internal cross-functional partners (Design, Legal, Data, Engineering) to provide technical management. Owns the delivery of platform and servicesĀ 

    • Manages product strategy and feature/capability set for business solutionsĀ 

    Accountability/Complexity:Ā 

    • Works independently on moderately complex projects/assignments and seeks guidance on projects/assignments of higher complexityĀ 

    • May provide guidance andĀ assistanceĀ to entry level professionals and/or support employeesĀ
