We are seeking professional and compassionate individuals to answer inbound donor calls and accurately process donations and pledges for established nonprofit fundraising campaigns.
Requirements
Applicants must possess:
● A high school diploma or GED
● At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience
● Strong verbal communication skills
● Professional phone etiquette
● Accurate typing and data-entry abilities
● The ability to listen, speak, and navigate systems simultaneously
● Dependability and strong personal accountability
● The ability to work independently
● A quiet, dedicated workspace
Computer and Internet Requirements
Required equipment includes:
● Windows 11 desktop or laptop
● Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended
● Noise-canceling USB headset
● Reliable wired high-speed internet
● Direct Ethernet connection
