SUMMARY

Join our dynamic team and take on a role that offers a variety of administrative responsibilities. You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your main tasks will include:

• Answering telephones
• Typing documents and correspondence
• Compiling data and generating reports
• Maintaining files
• Billing and checking loading documents for accuracy
• Handling any other duties or special projects as assigned

This position requires flexibility to work variable hours, typically during the 2nd or 3rd shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2 plus years experience.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating simple letters spreadsheets and or graphics for personal business use or creating simple queries and simply formatted data output using a fourth generation language.

Travel: As Required

Internal Management & Management Support Applicants:
