The Table Games Pit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned table game pit areas, ensuring compliance with all applicable gaming laws, regulations, internal controls, and company policies. This role provides leadership and supervision for dealers and pit supervisors, ensuring adherence to procedures, exceptional guest service, game integrity, and operational efficiency. The Pit Manager monitors games and customer activity to protect against cheating and irregular play, manages gaming banks, makes complex operational decisions, assists with employee scheduling, training, disciplinary actions, and performance management, and communicates operational updates with casino leadership. The position also supports tournaments, promotions, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance goals while fostering strong guest relationships and maintaining a professional, team-oriented work environment aligned with Laguna Development Corporation's Core Values.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5 to 7 years of relevant gaming industry experience and strong leadership skills. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, casino and pit tracking systems, Kronos, and Paramount software. Responsibilities include hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling, disciplining, and developing employees, as well as participating in management development programs. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, maintain flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and perform physical duties such as standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50+ pounds, and working in a casino environment with exposure to loud noise and cigarette smoke. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Laguna gaming license, Title 31 Certification, and a valid New Mexico driver's license.
