Roles and Responsibilities:

You will perform hands-on work that applies your classroom experience to real-world projects and helps you envision your future career.
You’ll be an active member of our team, working for our clients on projects with our most experienced engineers.
You’ll be introduced to Wilson & Company’s culture, which will help you evaluate our firm as a future career choice.
You will solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate with partners to deliver our clients’ visions for the future of the built environment.

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required.
Ability to commute to/from school to the office, and work in an office environment. No remote work is anticipated.
Highly responsible and dependable. Capacity to manage and maintain a sustainable balance between school, internship, and personal demands.
Work cooperatively with team members and other Wilson & Company Divisions across the 15 offices.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude.
Ability to work with a team under a corresponding supervisor.

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
