General Dentist Opportunity – Minnesota
Full-Time | Procedure-Heavy Practice | Up to $260,000 Base + Production

Position Highlights

Full-time General Dentistry opportunity
Monday-Friday schedule, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Flexible scheduling with a 4-day work week option available
No after-hours call
Opportunity to participate in optional community outreach on Fridays
Modern practice utilizing the Ascend electronic dental record system

Compensation

Base Salary: $260,000
Or greater earnings through a competitive collections-based compensation model
Signing bonus

Practice Environment

Average of approximately 12 patients per day, plus hygiene exams
Treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics through adult populations
Comprehensive general and restorative dentistry
Supported by an experienced clinical team, including:
- Two full-time dental hygienists
- CRNA support
- Dedicated front office and clinical staff

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Minnesota dental license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and patient-centered care philosophy
New graduates and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply
