Junior Business Analyst

Position Summary

Plexus Scientific Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Business Analyst to support business operations, project activities, and data analysis initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual who is analytical, organized, and eager to learn while helping teams improve processes, evaluate information, and support informed business decisions.

The Junior Business Analyst will work closely with senior analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze data, prepare reports, and assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, reviewing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and stakeholder needs.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other supporting documentation.
• Support the development and maintenance of business process documentation, procedures, and workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams, management, and stakeholders to support project planning and execution.
• Monitor project activities, track deliverables, and assist with maintaining schedules and status reports.
• Conduct research and compile information to support business decisions and recommendations.
• Assist with identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

Full-time positions also come with Flexible PTO days and at certain levels, a bonus program may apply.

The Salary Range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000.

Actual salary is dependent on background and experience.
