Job Description:
Cydecor is seeking qualified technical personnel to join our team in partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order.

As the Warning Analyst, you’ll execute cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics capabilities to enhance the intelligence prowess of the U.S. and its allies.

Work locations vary throughout the National Capital Region (NCR), with Reston, VA and Washington, DC being primary locations.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Perform synchronized armistice/steady state ISR collection execution planning with assets to formulate a single, combined collection CONOP and supporting Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) architecture
  • Optimize collection planning against National priority intelligence requirements
  • Manage production and dissemination of daily ISR products to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations and advice to ISR assessments based on recurring collection execution
  • Ensure unified command and control of ISR assets by authoring updates to Joint Publications, theater OPLANs, Rules of Engagement, and theater Operations/Task Orders
  • Support Collection Operations Management during combined exercises to optimize joint/combined collection management and validate the ISR strategy in OPLANs/CONPLANs
  • Additional duties as assigned or required

Here's what you need:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Statistics/Mathematics or Computer Science, etc. and 12+ years of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 17+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success applying advanced analytics methodologies to intelligence requirements & formats
  • Keen analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with evolving requirements

Bonus points if you have:

  • Master’s degree in science or math related field

Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI

Education:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8 hours each day.
