About the Role:

The Concierge Care Team (CCT) members offer high level social assistance to highly functional clients. CCT members are able to meet clients offering help, companionship, and social interaction including going out for meals, experiences, events, and other places. Everything from absorbing experiences of the client in conversations to arranging flowers purchased from Trader Joe's, the role of the CCT member is to enhance the independence of their clients and expand their social engagement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with scheduling software 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree, bachelor degree, or certification in healthcare administration or related field.

Skills:

The Concierge utilizes strong communication skills daily to interact effectively with clients and other family members with clear and compassionate exchanges. Problem-solving skills and/or professional and personal communication are applied when addressing unexpected situations or client concerns and/or desires while enhancing client independence and socialization.
