Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to leadproduct planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. The successfulcandidate will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and businessleaders to define product strategy, prioritize requirements, and deliverimpactful solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
  • Define and communicate the product vision.
  • Ensure products support overall organizational strategy and goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer experience by:
    • Identifying and addressing product gaps.
    • Generating innovative ideas to increase market share.
    • Improving customer experience.
    • Driving business growth.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with external partners.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively.
  • Drive product launches and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product strategy.
  • Act as a product advocate to build awareness and understanding.
  • Gather customer feedback on products and services.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and development teams.
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy and high-level requirements.
  • Own and execute the product roadmap.
  • Provide insights and supporting materials to stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle, including customer feedback, requirements, and issue management.
  • Act as the Product Owner during Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Relevant education.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience in the Data & AI domain.
  • Agile and traditional project management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile, fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large-scale distributed systems involving multiple stakeholders and clients.

Work Arrangement

  • Onsite: 5 days per week.
