In this part‑time role, you’ll help us deliver exceptional service, support customers with their financial needs, and contribute to a team culture built on trust, transparency, and collaboration. Position Overview The Customer Service Associate is a part‑time role (15–25 hours per week) responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers. This position includes rotating Saturday mornings from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. Key responsibilities include: Processing teller transactions with accuracy and professionalism Assisting customers with account inquiries, online banking, and research Supporting branch operations including ATM/ITM maintenance and daily balancing Identifying opportunities to connect customers with helpful bank services Providing front‑desk support through greeting visitors and answering calls QualificationsWhat You’ll Contribute We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, positivity, and a genuine desire to help others.
