KIDS MINISTRY DIRECTOR

Woodside Ministry Kids Director – Algonac

Part-Time | 15 Hours per Week

Do you love helping kids know Jesus and equipping others to make a lasting impact in their lives? Woodside Bible Church is looking for a Kids Ministry Director for our Algonac Campus.

This director provides leadership for our weekend Kids Ministry, develops and encourages an incredible team of volunteers, and partners with parents as they help their children grow in their relationship with Jesus. This role is a great fit for a relational, organized, and spiritually mature leader who loves children, families, and building healthy teams.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee weekend Kids Ministry environments.
• Recruit, equip, schedule, and encourage Kids Ministry volunteers.
• Implement Woodside Kids curriculum, vision, and ministry strategy.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Welcome and connect with new families.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment for every child.
• Collaborate with Algonac Campus staff and Woodside Kids Ministry leaders.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Loves Jesus and is passionate about helping children grow in their faith.
• Enjoys building relationships with children, parents, and volunteers.
• Can recruit, encourage, and develop volunteer leaders.
• Is organized, dependable, collaborative, and willing to take initiative.
• Has previous children's ministry or related experience.
• Is aligned with the mission, values, and beliefs of Woodside Bible Church.

This role does require membership and active participation at our Algonac campus.
