General Foreman –  Distribution
LiveSAFE Solutions is looking for a skilled General Foreman with strong field leadership experience and the ability to bring 2 or more qualified crews for 3‑phase reconductor work. If you enjoy mentoring teams, solving problems in the field, and keeping projects running safely and efficiently, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations across multiple crews and job sites
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
- Promote and enforce safety standards
- Conduct job briefings and tailboards
- Mentor Foremen and crew members
- Track progress, productivity, and quality
- Communicate with Superintendents and Project Managers
- Complete accurate reporting and documentation
What You Bring
- 10+ years of linework experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Foreman
- Ability to bring and lead 2 or more crews
- Experience performing and overseeing 3‑phase reconductor projects
- Strong leadership and crew‑management skills
- Knowledge of OSHA/NESC safety standards
- Ability to read prints and plans
- CDL preferred
- Willingness to travel
Nice to Have
- Experience managing multiple crews on large‑scale projects
- Storm restoration experience
- Utility, co‑op, or Municipalities background
- Clean MVR
