Job Overview:

Job Summary**

The Civil Craft position at Primoris Services Corporation involves performing a variety of construction and maintenance tasks related to civil infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.

Job Responsibilities**

* Execute general labor tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation as directed.
* Assist skilled craft workers in various civil construction activities, such as excavation, trenching, grading, concrete pouring, and pipe laying.
* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently for assigned tasks.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of debris and waste materials.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
* Perform routine inspection and maintenance of tools and equipment.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and potential issues.
* Participate in daily safety briefings and contribute to a safe working culture.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Prior experience in civil construction or general labor roles is a plus.
* Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
* Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment.
* Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as required by project demands.
* Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
* Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
