Requirements


  • 12-20+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years in AI/ML/GenAI Architecture and Enterprise AI Transformation
  • Strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and AI Solution Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Foundry.
  • Experience with Google Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Agent Builder, Agent Engine, Vertex AI Search, and Model Garden.
  • Strong understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Embeddings, Semantic Search, and Knowledge Management Platforms.
  • Experience designing and implementing AI Agents and Multi-Agent Architectures using modern frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.
  • Experience with Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOps/LLMOps.
  • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Model Evaluation, Fine-Tuning, Tool Orchestration, and AI Observability.
  • Enterprise integration experience with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, ServiceNow, Jira, CRM, ERP, and API ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of AI Security, Responsible AI, Governance, Compliance, and Data Privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the organization's AI architecture strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance framework.
  • Design scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Copilot, Gemini, Vertex AI, and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Architect and implement RAG-based solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories and document management systems.
  • Build and govern enterprise AI assistants, copilots, and autonomous agents for business and technology functions.
  • Develop reusable AI architecture patterns, accelerators, and reference implementations.
  • Lead the integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
  • Establish AI platform governance, monitoring, security, and responsible AI controls.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to AI engineers, solution architects, and development teams.
  • Lead AI innovation workshops, architecture reviews, PoCs, and enterprise AI adoption programs.
  • Support pre-sales activities, technical solutioning, effort estimation, and executive presentations.
  • Drive AI transformation initiatives across SDLC, operations, customer service, analytics, and business processes. 
Good to Have:
  • Postal Domain experience
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
  • Exposure to Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, or modern data platforms.
  • Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, Confluent Kafka, and Streaming Platforms.
  • Experience implementing AI solutions in Retail, Banking, Logistics, Postal, Supply Chain, or Transportation domains.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar.
  • Microsoft and Google Cloud AI certifications.
  • Experience establishing and leading an AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor teams and drive AI capability development across large organizations

Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
