Board-Certified Dentist Reviewer - Hawaii

Dane Street is seeking experienced Board-Certified Dentists to join our growing team of expert clinical reviewers. In this role, you will apply your dental expertise to conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical cases and provide objective, evidence-based medical advisory opinions.

This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to customize your schedule while working as a 1099 independent contractor.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing medical records and dental documentation, preparing clear and concise clinical summaries, and responding to specific questions from our clients related to dental care. This role involves advisory medical record reviews only and does not involve peer-to-peer discussions, calls, or direct patient care.

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental program
• Board Certification, if applicable to area of practice
• Current, unrestricted Hawaii dental license
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical dental experience
• Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions
• Maintains appropriate credentialing, state licensure, and any certifications required to perform the role
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to communicate findings clearly and objectively in written form

• Ability to choose case types and workload based on your availability
• No peer-to-peer calls or discussions
• No doctor–patient relationship established; no treatment is provided — all reviews are advisory only
• Streamlined case flow through a user-friendly online work portal
• Dane Street manages administrative processes, medical record organization, and communications
• Fully prepared cases with organized medical records and applicable clinical guidelines
• Initial training provided, along with ongoing support and a dedicated point of contact
• Work remotely from anywhere in Hawaii
