Greyson Clothiers Onsite Brand Ambassador: PGA Tour Events (Independent Contractor Role)

Greyson Clothiers is seeking Event Brand Ambassadors to support our Wholesale Special Events team at key PGA Tour activations throughout the season. These events are high-energy, high-profile brand moments where Greyson comes to life through premium hospitality, elevated product presentation, and unforgettable guest experiences.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced event environment, balancing hands-on execution, strong customer presence, and pride in representing the Greyson brand.

Payment Structure (1099)

Day Rate up to 8 hours - $250.00

Over 8 hours an additional - $25 per hour

Events Supported

Brand Ambassadors will support Greyson activations at select PGA Tour and corporate events.

 Travel & Location Requirement

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

• Live within a commutable distance of one or more listed events, OR
• Be willing to independently cover travel expenses if traveling to an event location

Greyson does not provide or reimburse travel accommodation or travel-related expenses for this position.

Position Overview

Greyson PGA Tour Event Brand Ambassadors are essential to the success of our on-site activations. This is a highly hands-on role supporting everything from setup to guest engagement to merchandise execution.

Brand Ambassadors help deliver a premium Greyson experience while also doing the behind-the-scenes work required to run an exceptional event.

The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to jump in wherever needed to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full execution of Greyson’s PGA Tour event activations, from setup through breakdown
• Assist with unloading, assembling, organizing, and resetting event spaces, product displays, signage, and equipment
• Staff key event areas including hospitality, merchandising, and guest-facing brand touchpoints
• Engage attendees, clients, and guests with warmth, professionalism, and Pack mentality
• Assist with merchandise sales and customer service as needed throughout the event
• Bring Greyson’s story to life through strong product knowledge and brand pride
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a premium presentation across the event footprint
• Work collaboratively with the Events and Wholesale teams to keep operations moving smoothly
• Uphold proper golf course decorum and PGA Tour event etiquette at all times
• Attend mandatory paid training sessions to learn Greyson event standards, expectations, and brand guidelines

Schedule & Expectations

• Event schedules will vary and may include early mornings, long days, and multi-day commitments
• This role requires flexibility, stamina, and a strong team-first mindset
• Candidates must be dependable throughout the full duration of assigned event shifts
• For strong performers, this role may expand into additional event opportunities and ongoing support across future Greyson activations.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with and passion for the Greyson Clothiers brand is a must
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with constantly shifting needs
• Proactive, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever support is needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances on-course, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Commitment to wearing the Greyson-provided uniform during all event shifts
• MUST BE 21 and over
