You're also not starting from scratch. We have a dedicated lead specialist who continuously researches, qualifies, and contextualizes leads for you, so you're always working a warm pipeline. Your job is to close, not to build a list.

What we're looking for

Proven B2B sales or closing experience — staffing, services, SaaS, or similar preferred
Exceptional communication skills — this is a phone-first sales role. Your ability to speak clearly, build instant rapport, and carry a conversation with confidence is your most important asset. Every word you say on a cold call is your product.
Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn
Self-motivated and disciplined — you don't need a manager over your shoulder
Based in the US and able to sell to US businesses during business hours
Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up
Hungry for uncapped, performance-based income
