Role Summary

As a Community Manager, you will build authority and manage reputation on owned and third-party channels like Reddit. • Technical Curiosity: Ability to understand product architecture and engage with advanced power users.
  • Documentation Skills: Talent for translating complex technical jargon into clear, readable community posts.
  • Tracking Tools: Hands-on experience using tools like Jira or GitHub to track bugs and community issues.
  • Data Awareness: Comfort using data tools to visualize community trends and support findings.
  • Support/DevRel Experience: A background in technical support or developer relations managing high-touch interactions.
