Candidates must have at least one active shipper customer and a minimum of 6 months of experience as an Independent Freight Agent or 2 years in logistics sales and dispatch.
The role offers a commission-based salary ranging from $51,520.56 to over $150,000 per year, depending on the individual's book of business.
Agents will benefit from advanced technology tools, dynamic pricing, real-time tracking, and back-office support, all while working remotely.
Applicants should be comfortable operating as a 1099 contractor and have brokerage MC handling experience for freight moving within U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
