Learning Developer (For ESM, ServiceNow)
The ESM Learning Developerwill be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-qualitylearning solutions that support the successful adoption of Enterprise ServiceManagement (ESM) processes and technologies. The role partners with SMEs, ChangeTeam, project teams, and business stakeholders to develop engaging learningexperiences, training materials, and capability uplift initiatives that driveuser adoption and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and validate capability gaps.
- Develop eLearning, simulations, product Videos (with voice over), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), work instructions, and facilitator guides.
- Design role-based learning pathways and training plans.
- Support Train-the-Trainer, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live learning activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to validate learning content.
- Maintain and continuously improve learning assets and knowledge resources.
Skills &Experience
- Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain required police clearances.
- Mandatory: Experience with SAP Enable Now for learning content development.
- Experience developing digital learning solutions for large-scale business transformation programs.
- Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and content development skills.
- Highly Desirable: Experience with Clipchamp,
- Desirable: WalkMe Learning, or other digital learning and video authoring tools.
- Desirable Knowledge of ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management processes is highly regarded.
