Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “Quality Systems Specialist III”.

Location: Remote – PST Hours
Preferred Location: California – Foster City or Santa Monica
Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 10–15 hours per week; may increase to 20–25 hours during peak periods

We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems & Management Review Specialist to support Quality Management System (QMS) activities and quarterly Executive Management Reviews within a global life sciences organization. This role will focus on compiling and analyzing quality data, coordinating inputs from global stakeholders, and developing executive-level presentations and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Quality Systems, Management Review, Veeva QMS, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to effectively manage deliverables across cross-functional and global Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and organize quality data and metrics to support Quarterly Executive Management Reviews.
  • Develop professional PowerPoint presentations using input and data from global business and Quality stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage inputs, timelines, and deliverables from cross-functional contributors.
  • Collaborate with global Quality teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of Management Review deliverables.
  • Review Quality System reports, dashboards, and metrics in Veeva QMS to support executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Analyze and summarize quality trends and data for management review discussions.
  • Provide general support for QMS processes, including:
    • Deviation Management
    • CAPA
    • Document Control
    • Change Control
  • Track action items and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement and other Quality Systems activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems and/or Quality Management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Quality Management Reviews / Management Review processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS is required.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience developing executive-level presentations.
  • Experience working with Quality metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Document Control, Deviations, CAPA, and Change Control.
  • Experience working in a GxP/GMP-regulated environment.
  • Experience presenting or preparing materials for senior/executive Quality leadership.
  • Experience with Veeva Quality dashboards and reporting.
  • Experience supporting global Quality organizations.
