The ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Consultant at Pierce Technology Corp will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the ServiceNow IRM suite to help organizations manage risk effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Analyze business processes and risk management requirements to design solutions using ServiceNow IRM modules.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM components such as Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Audit Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Lead implementation projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of IRM solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators of the ServiceNow IRM platform.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into risk posture and compliance status.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and ServiceNow IRM platform enhancements to continuously improve solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically within the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow IRM modules.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript for ServiceNow customization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Project management experience and ability to lead implementations.
  • ServiceNow IRM or related certifications are a plus.
