Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on expertise on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in UI Builder to develop Workspace front-ends and ServiceNow Scripting, with added advantage if experienced in CSM, NowAssist, and AgenticAI implementations.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.

Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.

Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.

Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
-
Implement NowAssist (GenAI) and AgenticAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
-
8+ years of total experience in the software industry building enterprise applications.

6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.

Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.

Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and React for ServiceNow customizations.

Hands-on experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.

Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
-
Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM).
