Thisresource is expected to:

  • Act as the direct, regular interface with Engineering,Operations, Quality, EHS, Facilities, Finance, and Procurement, as well asCorporate Engineering/EHS stakeholders.
  • Proactively flag and resolve conflicts or resourcecontention between the SMP and CHP work-streams (e.g., shared A&E capacity, overlapping utility tie-ins, shared site access/outage windows).

Requirements

  • Direct experience personally leading site master planning engagements at industrial or life sciences campuses.
  • Direct experience managing cogeneration/CHP or industrial power generation projects, including utility interconnection and permitting.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry a combined, multi-workstream workload as a single accountable lead (not solely team-based delivery).

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) project staff capability.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, CCM, or equivalent) for the proposed lead and key personnel.
