Job Title:  Lead Campaign Strategist

Every day, organizations around the world rely on Oracle to help them solve some of their most
important and complex challenges. Businesses use Oracle to run critical operations, understand their
customers, manage finance and supply chains, and bring new products and services to market.
Governments use Oracle to serve citizens, modernize public services, and make better use of data. Health
organizations use Oracle to support patients, clinicians, and care teams. Universities, nonprofits, startups,
and global enterprises all use Oracle technology to move faster, work smarter, and focus on what matters
most to the people they serve.

Oracle's reach is broad, and so is the opportunity for great storytelling. We build cloud applications,
infrastructure, and technology that help organizations connect data, automate work, improve decision-
making, and create better experiences for employees, customers, partners, and communities. Across
industries and around the world, Oracle helps people and organizations do more of what they do best.
That kind of impact deserves creative work that is clear, human, distinctive, and memorable. We are
looking for thoughtful, talented, multi-faceted creative and strategic thinkers who can turn complex
technology and business priorities into compelling campaign ideas, sharp messaging, and high-quality
storytelling across every channel.

If that sounds like a challenge you would like to take on, here is what we will need from you:

  • You thrive on working well with others. You make the people around you better. You love to
collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, researchers, product managers, business leaders,
and executives to inspire them to do their best work.
  • You get stuff done. You are decisive and quick to respond when called into action. You
resourcefully seek the right tools - including the talented minds around you - to keep work
    moving forward.
  • You can dream up narratives that engage. You know that every campaign, product
touchpoint, ad, script, headline, and customer-facing message tells a story. You will not rest until
that story is clear, compelling, memorable, and on brand.
  • You know the rules - and when to break them. You think systemically because you know that
creating a coherent brand experience requires seeing the big picture. But you also know when to
create something completely unique to reach and appeal to different audiences.
  • You know you do not know everything. To you, being wrong is just another opportunity to
learn and get better at what you do.
  • You know how to partner with AI. You can team up your brain with technology to create
strong ideas out of the gate (writers block is a thing of the past), iterate on winning copy and
concepts, and adjust tone or retailer messages for various personae.
  • And finally, you want to be part of creating dramatic and impactful change at a company that is
committed to becoming a light unto others when it comes to brand and creative excellence.

You might have learned your craft via formal training or via on-the-job training. For most candidates, it is
a combination of both. As long as you have experience and a passion for doing this work at the highest
level, we would love to talk to you and see a portfolio of work that makes you proud.
If you are interested, please get in touch. We would love to hear from you.

About the role

Oracle is seeking a highly intelligent, high-judgment, self-motivated Lead Campaign Strategist to join the
Brand Experience team. This individual will partner with other writers, designers, marketers, product
stakeholders, and business leaders to create captivating campaign concepts and communications that
are strategic, engaging, and on brand.

A successful candidate will have a T-shaped skillset that can scale wide, but also dive deep into a core
strength in creative concepting and copywriting. They have a solid track record of delivering compelling,
integrated campaign ideas across digital, print, video, OOH and audio advertising. They excel as a writer,
editor, and creative partner, earning cross-discipline trust to produce customer-centric marketing
concepts and copy across Oracle Tech products, Oracle Apps, NetSuite, and other areas of the business.
They are able to influence at a high level and at the same time dig in to craft, refine, and drive the work.
This is a multi-faceted role requiring the ability to distill often ambiguous requirements into clear,
concise, differentiated messaging.

Requirements include:

  • Being able to quickly become a subject matter expert on a broad range of products, business
priorities, audiences, and competitive issues, with excellent writing, reasoning, and creative
    judgment
  • The ability to develop big campaign ideas and write for creative executions across audiences,
channels, and formats, including digital, print, video, audio, social, web, events, and sales
    enablement
  • Being both creative and strategic - using customer insights, business strategy, brand strategy,
and performance data to develop a strong point of view that differentiates Oracle and informs
    creative direction
  • Comfort moving between high-level campaign platforms and hands-on routine copywork,
bringing the same standards of clarity, craft, and brand consistency to both

Core responsibilities:

  • Create, define, and evolve advertising campaign concepts and messaging for all major Oracle
product areas, the One Oracle brand, and key events such as Oracle AI World.
o Concept and write across every aspect of Oracle's business, including Tech products,
    Apps, NetSuite, and cross-portfolio initiatives
  • Write compelling copy for digital, print, video, audio, social, out of home, event collateral,
web, landing pages, email, and other campaign touchpoints
  • Partner closely with design leads, writers, business partners, product marketers, and program
managers to develop creative content from brief through launch
  • Transform complex product, technical, and business information into simple, human,
persuasive campaign ideas and customer-facing messages
  • Audit and ensure all touchpoints are on brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of
voice, and strategic intent across all channels
  • Work with Oracle stakeholders at all levels to drive awareness and support large-scale
transformational programs, product launches, and brand initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong copywriting and editing skills, including rewriting, optimizing, and editing
    content from subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with writers and creative partners across Oracle to guide content strategy,
campaign storytelling, and tone of voice
  • Present creative concepts and copy recommendations clearly, persuasively, and with sound
    strategic rationale
