What you'll do

Administer servers, workstations, and endpoints across the plant (Windows and Linux).
Manage identity, accounts, and access (Active Directory / SSO) and enforce security policies.
Support manufacturing and office systems — ERP, MES, email, file, and print.
Maintain backups, patching, and disaster-recovery procedures.
Provide helpdesk support and onboard new hires with hardware and access.
Monitor system health and uptime; document configurations and runbooks.

Associate / BS in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in systems administration.
Windows and Linux server administration; virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V).
Identity management (Active Directory / Entra ID), backups, and endpoint security.
Scripting (PowerShell / Bash) and strong troubleshooting.
Comfortable supporting a 24/7 manufacturing environment on-site.
Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
