What You’ll Do

As part of the Premium Sales Team, you will:

Generate new business as a C.C. Creations ambassador within your local community.
Become a promotional products expert, from tee shirts to tumblers.
Oversee the full sales cycle: from prospecting to pricing to order fulfilment.
Utilize our ERP and CRM platforms to manage business communications.
Collaborate with and add value to the department and your local team.
Be supported, encouraged, and held accountable as you pursue your goals.

What Should You Have?

Sales and Customer Service experience are welcome but not required.
A College degree is welcome but not required.
Living in the area you will serve is a must.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
An internal drive to serve, grow, and win.
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite and computers, in general.
Reliable transportation for visiting prospects and customers.

Competitive pay: $55K annual base salary, plus a commission structure that accommodates first-year foundations and adapts as your book of business grows.
Schedule: As an exempt professional, your time is yours to manage. Reaching your budget goals requires investing more than 40 hours per week. To ensure seamless team collaboration and top-tier client support, you must be fully accessible between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Benefits: Paid holidays and PTO accrual begin on your first day of employment. Eligible employees may also enroll in health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
