As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll provide high-level support to department leaders and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Starting pay: $56,025

Your work behind the scenes will help ensure our physicians, researchers, and administrative leaders can focus on the work that matters most: delivering exceptional care and advancing groundbreaking research.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

Support department leaders with a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities
Coordinate meetings, schedules, communications, and special projects
Help organize information, reports, and materials needed to support department activities
Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and visitors
Assist with planning and coordinating departmental initiatives and events
Help maintain efficient workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes
Provide administrative support for professional staff and leadership teams
Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

1. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience.

NOTE:
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

The Preferred Applicant would have experience with:

- Graduate Medical Education

- Working with trainees and students

- Coordinating large events (for example: Orientation and Graduation)

- Onboarding students/trainees

- Scheduling meetings in Outlook that can include virtual teams/zoom options

- Preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes

- Submit invoices and requisitions
