AI ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST

Job Summary

The AI Enablement Specialist acts as the company’s artificial intelligence change agent. Working directly with various business areas—such as accounting, underwriting, claims, sales, and operations—this specialist identifies manual or repetitive processes and helps users redesign them using AI tools. This is not a lab-based role but a field-oriented one; success is measured by actual adoption and the time saved by users.

Duties:

• Meet with users from various business areas (accounting, underwriting, claims, sales, and operations) to understand their daily processes and identify opportunities for automation or acceleration using AI.
• Design and implement practical solutions using Company-approved AI tools, such as AI assistants, document automation, and data analytics.
• Support users in adopting these solutions through one-on-one training, use-case documentation, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and coordinate with the Technology team when a solution requires formal integration.
• Measure and report the impact of implemented solutions, including hours saved, error reduction, and adoption rates by area.
• Ensure the responsible use of AI, maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with insurance industry regulations.
• Comply with the Company's established administrative and human resources policies and procedures.

Education & Experience:

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with university projects or internships involving data analysis or artificial intelligence.
• Demonstrable analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and a willingness to engage in continuous learning.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
